Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival ends on May 19th – so you have a chance to see some beautiful flowers before time runs out. And don’t forget about the great food they’ve added this year!
I was a bit skeptic of Ratatouille in France. I mean, it was a great movie and all, but I still wasn’t sure I wanted to eat food mad by a Rat!
The ratatouille tart is served with zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, onions, tomato and goat cheese. I was surprised how much I liked it. It had a great salty, sweet combination between the goat cheese and the vegetables with the flaky tart on the bottom. BIG FAN!
